"In working together on an employee skills assessment, we have been able to customize a program that is specific to the needs of each Desert Fleet-Serv team member making the most efficient use of their time."
The training program is targeted toward specific areas of concentration and consists of 50 percent lecture and 50 percent shop work. Emphasis will be placed on the efficiency of Desert Fleet Serv's existing work force and preparing their technicians for new business opportunities.
