People can adapt to almost anything when they understand the “why,” feel included in the process, and trust that their leaders are listening. Change should never feel like something happening to people. It should feel like something they’re helping shape. For me, that means being transparent, staying visible, and consistently reinforcing the mission. In education, especially, every decision ultimately comes back to improving outcomes for students. When leaders keep that purpose at the center, change becomes easier for teams to embrace.

Today, the company announced another significant strategic milestone with the opening of UTI-Atlanta, its first campus in Georgia and second new campus this year.

The new Smyrna campus will serve 1,500 students across automotive, diesel, electrical, robotics, HVACR and welding.
