August 2, 2012 - UTI-Exton Welcomes Dennis Anderson and the World-Famous Grave Digger Monster Truck
Recently, UTI-Exton welcomed the world-famous monster truck driver, Dennis Anderson, to its campus for its annual Monster Jam Open House. With hundreds of students, faculty and staff in attendance, Anderson made a grand entrance by driving in the world’s biggest monster truck, Grave Digger – an iconic monster truck with 66-inch tires, 1500hp and a 540 CI engine.
Throughout the event, Anderson, the original creator and driver of Grave Digger, signed autographs and took photos with students and fans, who all had the opportunity to check out the 10,000-pound Grave Digger up-close. In an interview with UTI-Exton’s Tour Coordinator, Hector Guzman, Anderson also discussed his 30-year career, his appreciation of his loyal fan base and his beloved creation, Grave Digger.
The Open House gave students and fans a sneak peek of Anderson and Grave Digger before the Monster Jam’s tour landed in Philadelphia the next day.
